The Oilers recorded a shutout against the Mustangs 3-0 in home game

The Wooster Oilers struggled against the Peoria Mustangs allowing Jack Radley to score a hat trick as Wooster crushed Peoria 3-0 in a home game at Alice Noble Ice Arena in Wooster. What's more, Zack Freiburger posted a shutout, stopping all 24 of the Oilers shots throughout the game. The Peoria Mustangs took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Jack Radley and never looked back.

Blake Finley chipped in with 2 assists and Braden Stewart delivered for his team with 2 assists.

During the first period, Radley opened the scoring for the Mustangs with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 12:02 with a helper from Keil. Radley deposited a goal at 18:40 with helpers from Stewart and Finley.

In the third, Radley netted a goal at 18:20 with assists from his teammates Finley and Stewart.

This loss brings the Wooster Oilers’ record to (20-22-3-1).
